PRESS RELEASE:

TAMPA, Fla., January 31st, 2024— Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace (BBDG), a premier Tampa-based law firm, is excited to announce Richard W. Ervin, IV has been promoted to Partner, augmenting our firm’s expertise in key legal areas, including appellate practice, civil litigation, construction, and real estate.

Richard W. Ervin, IV comes from a distinguished lineage of Florida legal scholars. Richard’s grandfather, Richard Ervin, Jr., served as Florida’s Attorney General from 1948 until 1964, and as a member of the Supreme Court of Florida from 1964 until 1975, and as Chief Justice from 1969 to 1971.
