About
Matthew Miller is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. He has over 25 years of experience in litigating automobile negligence, transportation, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, construction defect, dram shop, and other areas of civil litigation.
Born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in 1963, Matthew graduated with Honors from the University of Wyoming in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1999, and he was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 1999.
After graduating from law school, Matthew began his career as a litigation attorney in the office of Robert T. Burger of Brevard County, Florida, he remained there until Robert became a circuit court judge in Brevard County, Florida. Since that time, Matthew has handled numerous high-exposure, complex cases, providing positive results for his clients through jury verdicts and settlements. Matthew is committed to providing his clients with aggressive, diligent litigation services with professionalism.
