About

Associate Attorney of Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace, Ms. Takx joined the firm in April 2024 after practicing in both the public and private sectors.  Ms. Takx graduated from Florida State University College of Law with honors in 2020 and from the Florida State University with degrees in Political Science and Economics.
 
While attending law school, Ms. Takx was a member of the school’s Mock Trial Team, Moot Court Team, International Arbitration Team, and Florida State Law Review. Ms. Takx also sat on the Law School Council and served as a student ambassador. Ms. Takx additionally clerked for the Southern Poverty Law Center and the International Bar Association Human Rights Institute in London.
 
Ms. Takx is a Florida native but split her time growing up traveling overseas to continue her education and pursue career opportunities. Most notably, before law school, Ms. Takx worked for a London-based Member of Parliament in the House of Commons campaigning during the Brexit referendum and subsequent election.
 
Ms. Takx focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianship, probate, and trust litigation. When not at the office, Ms. Takx enjoys cooking and baking and taking her beloved dog, Ollie, on adventures!
