About
Brent Selph is a partner who joined Bleakley, Bavol, Denman, & Grace in August of 2026. Originally from Vidalia, Georgia, Brent has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1996. Brent attended and graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in Communications in 2004 and then attended the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated in 2006 with his Juris Doctor. Immediately following law school, Brent practiced as a public defender, representing defendants with criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to felony charges. Brent then switched focus to civil law, particularly insurance defense, where he worked for the largest automobile insurance company in the State of Florida for 13 years, defending clients who had been involved in traffic accidents. In his free time, Brent spends time with his wife, Kimberly, and their two daughters.
