About

Josephine (Josie) Rahn joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in March 2019. Josie came to the firm with multiple years of experience defending complex medical malpractice and nursing home cases, wrongful death matters, and general litigation and premises liability claims.

Josie is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Telecommunications, with a minor in French. She then relocated to Florida and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During her time in law school, she served as a senior editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, worked as a legal research and writing assistant, and served on the Executive Boards for the Law Association for Women and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
