Defense verdict for Advance Auto Parts!

Robert Bleakley and Grant Kindrick obtained a defense verdict for firm client Advance Auto Parts and its delivery driver, Moses Gonzalez. The Plaintiff claimed Mr. Gonzalez, while driving an Advance Auto Parts delivery vehicle, hit her while she was a pedestrian walking across a cross walk.
