ABOUT
Robert Bleakley comes from a family of lawyers. After beginning his career as an associate attorney in one of Tampa’s most prestigious law firms, Bleakley joined a law firm owned by current partner, Chuck Bavol. In April 2000, Bleakley opened “The Bleakley Law Firm” as a solo practitioner mainly defending trucking companies in personal injury cases and defending workers’ compensation claims. Bleakley gradually added talented lawyers, new practice areas, new clients, and new partners to the growing firm. In January 2019 the firm became “Bleakley, Bavol, Denman & Grace”. BBDG has a statewide litigation practice. The firm also handles corporate, real estate, probate, estate, and guardianship transaction matters as well as litigation related to those areas.
